Catering Schools and Programs
Designed to prepare a student for a challenging career in professional catering, programs teaches all aspects of the industry, from food preparation to setting up a small catering business. Students receive "hands-on" experience and may also perform an externship with other professional caterers.
Offers students an orientation to the catering industry that prepares them for entry-level positions such as Banquet Server, Banquet Chef, Catering Chef, Catering Coordinator and Catering Manager for a variety of food service organizations.
