Associate Degree: Hotel & Restaurant Management
The Hotel & Restaurant Management Program offers an Associate degree designed to prepare students to work in every portion of the hospitality industry. Students can gain the knowledge and skills necessary for successful careers.
Students receive training in housekeeping management, food and beverage service, sanitation, marketing and sales, food production, hospitality law and accounting, quality management customer relations, conventions, meetings and tourism. They can also develop the interpersonal skills necessary to deal with clients, colleagues, superiors and their employees. A graduation project simulates a real life business environment, teaching them teamwork, responsibility, planning and budgeting to achieve their joint goal, a successful venture.
