Cisco's CCNA Certificate and education
With Cisco's CCNA certificate and education you'll be on your way to becoming an expert in Cisco's networking technology. If you would like to earn your Cisco Certified Network Associate Certification (CCNA) you have a number of programs to choose from. You might choose a degree or diploma program in networking technologies or internetwork engineering. This choice would give you a broad education in networking technologies of several vendors, including the necessary skills to earn the CCNA certificate. Or you might choose to complete a program designed specifically to teach the skills you need to earn the CCNA certificate.
In either case, your education will introduce you to the Cisco Internetworking Operating System, as well as give you a solid grounding in networking concepts. Upon finishing your program, you'll know how to install, configure and operate Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs) and remote access services for switched or routed networks.
Your CCNA certificate will enhance your job prospects as a Cisco network professional, as well as prepare you to earn the next of two more advanced Cisco certifications, the CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional).
