SHG is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its user community. The intent of this privacy policy is to detail the information SHG may gather about individuals who visit its Web sites, how that information is used, and SHG disclosure practices.

What this Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers SHG's treatment of personally identifiable information that SHG collects when you are on the SHG site, and when you use SHG's services. This policy also covers SHG's treatment of any personally identifiable information that SHG's business partners share with SHG.
This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that SHG does not own or control, or to people that SHG does not employ or manage. SHG sites may include content from other parties that may perform user activity tracking other than that described herein. In particular, some of our partners may use "cookies" in ways that we do not.
Information Collection and Use
SHG collects personally identifiable information when you register for a SHG account, when you use certain SHG products or services, when you visit SHG pages, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. SHG may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.
When you register with SHG, we ask for your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. Once you register with SHG and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
SHG also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, SHG's cookie information and the page you requested.
SHG uses information for three general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about specials and new products.
Special Notification with respect to Children's Privacy (Users under the age of 13)
In response to concerns about protecting children's privacy online, Congress enacted the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"), which sets forth rules and procedures governing the ways in which Web sites may collect, use and disclose any personal information for children under the age of 13. Information Sharing and Disclosure
SHG will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
SHG will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:
We have your consent to share the information;
We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of SHG to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.);
We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
We find that your actions on our web sites violate the SHG's Terms of Service or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.

SHG may set and access SHG's cookies on your computer.
SHG allows other companies that are presenting advertisements on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to SHG's cookies.
Security
Your SHG's Account Information is password-protected for your privacy and security.
In certain areas SHG's uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
SHG may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
